Monitor your blueprint deployments with new reporting capabilities that track basic metrics like deployment status and scoping, providing visibility into your blueprint workflow.
After you create a blueprint, the My blueprints tab displays a card containing the name of the blueprint and a high-level overview of the status that includes the following information:
- Status —The upper-right corner of each blueprint card displays a label to indicate the deployment status. Options include the following:
- Deployed —The blueprint was sent to the devices in scope.
- Never deployed —Settings were saved automatically, but the Deploy button was not clicked. The blueprint was not sent to the devices in scope.
- Saved but not deployed —The blueprint settings were previously deployed, but additional changes were made and automatically saved. Click Deploy to redeploy with the latest changes.
- Last updated —The last time the blueprint was updated in any way (e.g., description or scope update).
- Scoped to —The number of groups the blueprint was scoped to.
Click Open to display the following three cards that provide additional detail for your blueprint:
- Status —This card displays the following information with values that represent the device count:
- Deployed —The declarations contained in the blueprint were successfully delivered to the device and evaluated.
- Pending —The declarations contained in the blueprint were processed but at least one declaration was not yet received by the device. No action is required at this stage; the device has not yet reported back a success or failure.
- Error —At least one declaration contained in the blueprint was received by the device but could not be successfully applied. Some errors may reflect expected behavior rather than a true failure. For example, a declaration scoped to a specific OS version or device type will report an error if the device does not meet that condition, even though it is intentional.
- Scope —This card displays the number of groups the blueprint was scoped to and the approximate device count in the target groups.
- Recent activity —This card displays the date and time the blueprint was last updated and last deployed.
