Removing the Jamf Trust app from a Windows devices involves removing the app, drivers, and deleting the device from the Safe Internet portal.

  1. Uninstall the Jamf Trust app.
  2. If the remaining drivers appear to cause any issues, remove them from the device.

    To remove the drivers, navigate to C:\Program Files\JamfTrust\Tools\ and run the included CleanDrivers.bat script.

  3. (Optional) If the device was enrolled in Safe Internet, log in and delete the device record.
  4. Restart the device if any drivers were removed.
The device is now clean and ready for you to reinstall Jamf Trust.
