Removing a device record from Safe Internet under Devices > Manage permanently deletes the device and the device history.

Requirements

Remove the device from your UEM solution (this also removes the Jamf Trust app on iOS and iPadOS devices).

  1. In Safe Internet, navigate to Devices > Manage.
  2. Locate the device that you want to delete.
  3. On the right of the device entry, click Delete.
  4. Review your changes, and then click Delete.

    If you delete a device group before you delete the member devices, they will remain in Safe Internet as part of the default group.

Re-enrolling Devices

You must wait for five minutes before attempting to re-enroll managed devices in your UEM service.
