Active | Indicates that there are no issues, and that the device has checked in within the past 24 hours. |
Pending Auto Activation | Indicates that the application has been installed on the device, but hasn't been activated yet. Ask the user to open up the application on their device. Safe Internet will attempt to automatically launch the app using the App Ping functionality. (App column and iOS only) |
Pending | Indicates that the device has not been active yet, and likely means that the user was recently invited to the service. Ask the user to activate the service on their device. |
Not linked | UEM Connect only. Indicates that this device is currently not syncing with Safe Internet using UEM Connect. Ensure that the device is in one of the UEM Connect Provisioning Groups to ensure full UEMC functionality. |
On Wi-Fi | Indicates that the device has checked in recently and is reporting that it's currently using Wi-Fi without Safe Internet. This status is commonplace and occurs when users are connecting to any wireless network at that moment. (Network column only) |
Idle | Indicates that Safe Internet has not seen any traffic and/or app status from the device for more than 24 hours, but less than 72 hours. This tends to be happen when a device is not being used for a brief amount of time, such as over the weekend. |
Offline | Indicates that Safe Internet has not seen any traffic and/or an app status from a device for more than 72 hours. The means the device is not currently in use, and may occur if it is only used occasionally (such as tablets, test devices, and so on), or if the user isn't using their device while on annual leave. If you believe the device should be online, you may need to investigate further. |
Missing | Indicates that Safe Internet has not seen any traffic and/or an app status from a device for more than 3 months. This may require investigation, and the device may need to be removed from Safe Internet. |
Not Applicable | Indicates that this column is not relevant to this device. This appears in the Network column for devices with the security-only service capability, and will also appear in the UEMC column if UEM Connect is currently not in use. |
