You may need to configure your UEM's network firewall rules to permit incoming access from Safe Internet, especially if you use an on-premise UEM solution.

  1. In your UEM solution, navigate to your firewall safelist.
  2. Add the following IP addresses:
    EU data centers:
    140.150.99.9/255.255.255.255
140.150.99.10/255.255.255.255
140.150.99.11/255.255.255.255
140.150.99.15/255.255.255.255
140.150.99.16/255.255.255.255
140.150.99.17/255.255.255.255
    US data centers
    140.150.101.9/255.255.255.255
140.150.101.10/255.255.255.255
140.150.101.11/255.255.255.255
140.150.101.15/255.255.255.255
140.150.101.16/255.255.255.255
140.150.101.17/255.255.255.255
    140.150.99.9/255.255.255.255
140.150.99.10/255.255.255.255
140.150.99.11/255.255.255.255
140.150.99.15/255.255.255.255
140.150.99.16/255.255.255.255
140.150.99.17/255.255.255.255
    Note:

    You may need to configure firewall rules at your network edge or DMZ to permit inbound access from the Jamf source IPs to your on-premise UEM solution. Safe Internet uses TCP/443.

Your UEM firewall does not block incoming access from Safe Internet's UEM Connect.
