Updated Content Rules Categories

Added the renamed Generative AI category to the list of updates.
Web protection policies have been updated as follows:
A new Government category. The default setting is Allowed.
Education, previously a subcategory of Lifestyle, is now a top-level category. Its Blocked or Allowed state carries over from the Lifestyle category.
The Generative AI category was renamed Artificial Intelligence.
