The Jamf Trust app is an intermediary between the student device and Safe Internet. After Jamf Trust is deployed to the student device, there is nothing else you need to do and no student interaction is required.
- Log in to Jamf Pro, then select .
- Click New.
- Select App Store app or apps purchased in volume, and select your App Store Country or Region from the pop-up menu.
- Click Next.
- In the Search field, enter Jamf Trust.
- Click Next to search for the app.
- Locate the Jamf Trust app in the search results, and then click Add.
- On the New Mobile Device App page, under the General tab, scroll down and set the Distribution Method to .
- Deselect Allow users to remove app to prevent students from removing the Jamf Trust app and disabling Safe Internet on supervised devices.
- Click the Scope tab to locate the desired Jamf Safe Internet device group in the same way as for the configuration profile.
- (Optional) Click the Managed Distribution tab and navigate to the Volume Content section.
- (Optional) Enable Assign Content Purchased in Volume to prevent users from receiving unexpected Apple Account login prompts.
- Click Save .
The Jamf Trust app is now deployed to your iOS or iPadOS devices via Jamf Pro.
