Connection	Requirements	Notes
Apple Business	An Apple Business account with Administrator or Site Manager access	For more information on how to create an API account in Apple Business, see Create an API account in Apple Business from Apple.
Apple School Manager	An Apple School Manager account with Administrator or Site Manager access	For more information on how to create an API account in Apple School Manager, see Create an API account in Apple School Manager from Apple.
Atlassian Jira	An Atlassian account with access to a Jira project	You will be required to grant Jamf Routines access to your Atlassian account.
Cisco Webex	A Webex space that you intend to use for Jamf Routines messages	The messages sent by the Webex connection are posted from the authenticated user. Jamf recommends linking a service account instead of an individual user account to reduce dependency on a single user.
Dropbox	A Dropbox user or service account	This connection uses the connected account's credentials. Jamf recommends using a service account instead of a user account to reduce dependency on a single user.
Freshservice	A Freshservice account with access to a workspace	Freshservice API keys are tied to a user account. Jamf recommends using the API key from a service account instead of an individual user account to reduce dependency on a single user.
Google Chat	A Google Chat space, prepared with a channel that you intend to use for Jamf Routines messages	The messages sent by the Google Chat connection are posted from the authenticated user. Jamf recommends linking a service account instead of an individual user account to reduce dependency on a single user.
Microsoft OneDrive	A Microsoft OneDrive user or service account At least one folder created in OneDrive to upload files to.	This connection uses the connected account's credentials. Jamf recommends using a service account instead of a user account to reduce dependency on a single user. If you are not a Microsoft OneDrive administrator, you may need to request an approval from your administrator.
Microsoft Teams	A Microsoft Teams channel that you intend to use for Jamf Routines messages A Microsoft Teams account with administrator privileges	If you are not a Microsoft Teams administrator, you may need to request an approval from your administrator.
PagerDuty	A PagerDuty account with administrator privileges	If you are not a PagerDuty administrator, you may need to request an API key from your administrator.
Slack	A Slack workspace, prepared with a channel that you intend to use for Jamf Routines messages A Slack account with administrator privileges for that workspace	If your Slack account is used for more than one workspace, make sure that the workspace you intend to connect is selected in the top-right corner of the pane.
Trello	An Atlassian account with access to a Trello project	You will be required to grant Jamf Routines access to your Trello account.
Zendesk	A Zendesk account with administrator privileges	The tickets created by the Zendesk connection are posted from the agent email address provided. If you are not a Zendesk administrator, you may need to request an API token from your administrator.
Microsoft Teams (Legacy)	A Microsoft Teams channel that you intend to use for Jamf Routines messages A Microsoft Teams account with administrator privileges	You will need to retrieve your Incoming Webhook URL from Microsoft Teams.
