Use this procedure to upgrade an existing installation of the RapidIdentity Client for Windows using the setup wizard. The wizard pre-fills your previous configuration settings for review before completing the upgrade.
Requirements
- Windows Authentication Client installed on the device
- Local administrator credentials on the device
- Download the RapidIdentity Client for Windows installer.
- Log in to the Windows machine as an administrator and navigate to the Windows Authentication Client installer folder.
- Double-click the new installer to launch the setup wizard.
- Review the pre-filled configuration settings from your previous installation.
- Click Next and complete the upgrade process.
Windows Authentication Client is upgraded to the latest version.
