The Studio Data Schema may look intimidating, but it is simply the Record and Field Definitions for the roster data stored in Studio.

Studio data is automatically created and updated by Studio Source System via Record Mapping Jobs and the Record Field Mapping statements associated with that Source System application in Studio.

Accessing the Studio Data Schema is an advanced function and enables customers to easily extend Studio's out of the capabilities to roster non-standard and bespoke Source and Target Rostering Applications. Customers should only have to view or edit the Studio Data Scheme when creating or updating those custom applications in Studio.

Note:Begining with 2023.05.0 release, the Studio Data Schema, formerly refered to as the Studio ID Hub, can be found under the Advanced Settings tab.
Important:Built-In Record and Field Definitions cannot be deleted or changed, but new Record Definitions and Field Definitions (Step 3) can be added. These will also be run with Mapping jobs to pick up the data needed that the Consumer is not receiving as long as the Mapping is properly configured.

To view, create and manage Record and Field Definitions in the Studio Data Schema, select the desired record and click the action menu next to it to access the Details menu.
