The mobile app authentication method uses a pop-up alert in the RapidIdentity app to verify the user's identity. The user must claim their account prior to enrolling in RapidIdentity and receiving push notifications from the RapidIdentity app.

  1. The user logs in to the RapidIdentity portal.

  2. The user clicks the drop-down menu at the top of the page and selects Enroll Mobile Device.
