How do I Remove or Hide Applications from RapidIdentity?

There are two ways you can "remove" applications from your experience.

  1. To set an application as inactive (allowing reactivation later):
    1. Navigate to Applications > Catalog
    2. Find the application you want to hide/delete and select it or click the inline action menu
    3. Click Details on the application, then Edit
    4. On the Status field, change the application to Inactive and click Save
  2. To permanently delete an application:
    1. Navigate to Applications > Catalog
    2. Find the application you want to delete and select it or click the inline action menu
    3. Click Delete toward the bottom of the screen or in the action menu
