You can configure Microsoft Intune to uninstall an application from groups or users.
Requirements

Any users or groups should be removed from an installation assignment, otherwise the application will reinstall automatically after the app is uninstalled.

  1. In Microsoft Intune, navigate to Apps > All apps.
  2. Go to Assignments > Add group, then click Uninstall.
  3. Select all groups that you want to include when uninstalling the app in the Select groups section.
  4. Click OK to set the assignment.
  5. Select all groups you want to exclude when uninstalling the app in the Exclude groups section.
  6. Click Select, then click OK.
  7. Click Save.
