You can manage your Microsoft Intune application by manually updating an existing application instead of using automatic updates.

  1. In Microsoft Intune, navigate to Apps > All apps.
  2. Select your application, then click Properties under the Manage section.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Click the file in the Select file to update field.
  5. Locate the file you want to upload, then click Open.
  6. Save the application.
