Requirements

Authenticate to G Suite Admin Console with an administrator account.

The PhishID extension can be deployed to Individual Users, Groups or the Entire Organization.

  1. Navigate to the Chrome Apps and Extensions section:
    1. Go to Devices -> Chrome -> Apps and Extensions -> Users and Browsers
    2. Click on the +(Add) icon to add the browser extension
  2. Select your deployment scope and target:
    1. For Individual Users: Select the Users option under Apps and Extensions and search for the specific user
    2. For Groups: Select the Groups option under Apps and Extensions and search for the specific group
    3. For Organization: Select the Organization Units option under Apps & Extensions and search for the specific Organization Unit
  3. Add the PhishID extension:
    1. Click on the + at the bottom of the screen and Add From Chrome Web Store
    2. Search for Pixm Phishing Protection and select it
    3. Click Select in the top Right corner
  4. Configure the installation:
    1. Change the Installation Method on the right side to "Force Install"
    2. Click Save
