Using the Orca editor from the Windows SDK Components for Windows Installer Developers, you can edit the entries of an MSI installer package and create a transform file.
  1. Drag your MSI installer package onto the Orca application icon.
  2. Go to Transform > New Transform.
  3. Apply any required changes, then select Generate Transform.
  4. Provide a name for the transform file, then save the file.
