The legacy Forgot Password experience allows the end user to authenticate when they do not have their credentials. You can configure an authentication method in the Forgot Password Policy tab. In this example, the end user must answer a series of challenge questions to reset their password.

  1. The user clicks a link for password assistance. In this example, the user clicks Need help? to access the Forgot Password workflow.
