Account claiming is the process within RapidIdentity that enables new users to set up their initial account. During the claim process, users verify their identity by providing specific information and set their initial account password.
To claim an account, new users click the Claim My Account button on the login screen.
The account claim screen displays different identity verification fields based on your organization's configuration requirements.
