Access to your RapidIdentity administrator portal
A test user from each relevant category for your environment (Shared iPad student, 1:1 student, or staff)
A test iPad device for confirming the Seamless Learning Access session
- Navigate to your RapidIdentity administrator portal.
- From the module selector, choose .
- Trigger a manual sync for a test user from each relevant category in your environment.
- Check the synced RapidIdentity user record for each test user and confirm the Seamless Learning Access User ID attribute contains the expected value for each user type.
- On a test device, initiate a Seamless Learning Access session and verify the binding token is issued and resolves correctly.
The Seamless Learning Access user ID mapping is verified for the user categories in your environment.
