The following unified login experience demonstrates some of the different areas that are available for customization, along with some of the authentication methods available to use.

  1. The unified login window displays the initial request for a username, along with any configured help links alongside the header for the page.

  2. Depending on the claim policy in use, users may need to enter additional information to claim their account.

  3. After their account is claimed, users can configure their password based on the authentication policies set by the administrator.

  4. Users receive a prompt to set up an additional authentication method if you have configured additional methods in your authentication policy.

  5. After setting up the required and additional authentication methods, the user sees a full summary of the enrolled authentication methods. They can set a preferred authentication method by reordering the options.

  6. If a user chooses to exit the process after setting their password, but prior to the Summary screen, the user must restart the process upon visiting this page.
