If the Identity Bridge Agent fails, you can uninstall and reinstall the service to ensure the integrity of your files and settings. The agent may fail if your antivirus software blocks or removes files, if files are missing or corrupt, or due to Windows server issues.
Before recovering the agent, you can troubleshoot your Identity Bridge connections or review logs to determine the specific issue. For more information, see Troubleshooting an Identity Bridge Connection.
