Seamless Learning Access with Jamf School
You can now deploy Seamless Learning Access with Jamf School, reducing login time for students, minimizing password fatigue, and strengthening security in your environment without needing to change your existing mobile device management solution.

Testing Connections in Identity Hub
You can now validate the credentials for sources and targets directly in the RapidIdentity setup wizard or in configured adapters by using the Test Connection button to confirm that a connection works before you save it.
RapidIdentity will produce a success or failure notification based on the outcome of the test. The connection failure notification provides an error code label, such as Invalid Credentials or Connection Timeout, and detailed error information to resolve any connection issues.
User Experience Updates in Unified Login
Unified login includes several changes to simplify the authentication method configuration process:
You can now edit the helper text that users see when they set up their login methods, with separate text for required and optional methods.
Users now see which policy requires them to set up a method, for example "Required for: Login and Forgot Password".
A green checkmark indicates a completed authentication method, and the configuration process indicates whether you are setting up a required or optional method.
New Labels and Tabs in the Reports Module
In both the legacy and updated Reports module, the Perpetrator label is now Actor and Perpetrator IP (Forwarded) is now IP Address. Additionally, the Jobs and Activity tabs are combined as the Activity tab for both sources and targets, appearing before the Advanced tab.
The Job Activity page does not time out for tenants with large job histories.
When you open a job's details from the Provisioning Log, the report now loads automatically.
Changes and Improvements for RapidIdentity Cloud
Authentication method enrollment and reset actions are synchronized between the Unified and Classic login experiences. You are no longer prompted to set up methods that are already configured or shown methods that were already removed.
Additional WCAG accessibility compliance is available across the unified login, portal, and app library experience, including keyboard navigation, screen reader support, focus order, and color contrast.
RapidIdentity now tracks whether a user has completed temporary one-time password (TOTP) enrollment.
Default retention for Identity Hub provisioning audit events is now 14 days, while account-related actions, including Create, Delete, Update, and Change Password default to 30 days. Pre-existing custom retention settings are unaffected.

The connection wizard now follows a step-by-step workflow for setting up a new connection. Additionally, the connection wizard and configuration views now share a unified layout for a consistent experience across both.
The loading screens across all of RapidIdentity now have a unified design.
The sponsored accounts CSV source now recognizes the
IDfield and maps it automatically for newly created sources.

[RIC-6831] Fixed: The updated Reports module does not support IP Address (previously Perpetrator ID) in the column picker and the criteria filter builder.
[RIC-7214] Fixed: In GO! view, noninteractive elements, including the page title, profile icon, and app library icon, can be dragged and dropped.
[RIC-7554] Fixed: Folders in GO! view appear empty when you switch between folders after navigating to the last page of a different folder.
[RIC-7653] Fixed: The updated Reports module does not display meaningful default columns when creating a new report.
[RIC-7689] Fixed: Default action columns appear duplicated in the Report tab when you add a new report in the module.
