Changes and Improvements

  • Identity Hub now delivers dynamic reports along with a redesigned user interface and updated audit logs.

  • Audit log reports now support contextual date ranges, such as "Last 30 days" or "Last 24 hours," allowing users to create and run reports based on dynamic timeframes.

  • New tables for the reports and provisioning logs are available, including pagination, filters, detailed views, and a card view user interface.

  • A dedicated filter page for provisioning logs includes helper text, run-report controls, and a job status Thresholds indicator for exceeded thresholds.

  • The Reports module now includes clickable number buttons for improved filtering, a Reset Filter option to quickly clear filters, and a Save Filter modal allowing you to create, update, and delete filters.

  • The URLs for filter queries now reflect the selected filters and can be shared or bookmarked.

  • Audit logs from Identity Hub now consolidate events after each platform update, capturing each log as a distinct entry and excluding no-operation actions from auditing. Additionally, improvements to data tracking allow for more accurate user and group-related changes in audit logs.

  • CSV file audit report exports from Identity Hub now include perpetrator details marked as perpetrator_id, perpetrator_dn, and perpetrator_ip instead of blank values. These fields are populated using system agent information aligned with existing RapidIdentity audit exports.

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed: The sendEmailWithDefaults action in RapidIdentity Connect fails when using an SMTP configuration with OAuth.

  • Fixed: Active Directory placement policies allow you to select disallowed organizational units from the user interface.

  • Fixed: A group membership update job failure incorrectly appears as complete.

  • Fixed: RapidIdentity allows you to save invalid dynamic group filters, which can cause unexpected group errors.

  • Fixed: Users are redirected to the setup screen after entering their username during an RapidIdentity App login attempt with an unenrolled device, instead of being redirected to the password screen.

  • Fixed: The Go button can be clicked multiple times, allowing accidental duplicate submissions. A new loading indicator provides clear feedback after the button is clicked.

  • Fixed: RapidIdentity Connect does not validate filenames during file creation, causing inconsistent file and folder management.

  • Fixed: The file attachment field does not require you to attach a file before using related request actions.
