Portal setup options let you view and manage all your sign-in methods from one place in RapidIdentity. The Authentication Methods panel shows which methods are configured, which require setup, and which actions are available to you.
Each sign-in method on the Authentication Methods screen displays one of three statuses based on your enrollment status and the delegation settings your administrator configures:
- Enroll
- The method is available but not configured. Select this method to begin enrollment.
- Manage
- The method is configured but not active. Select this method to update, reset, or remove the method.
- Active
- The method is configured and active. No further action is required.
