Password Expiration

Password expiration settings control how long a password remains valid and when to notify users that expiration is approaching. You can configure password expiration settings in Configuration > Password > General:

• Configurable maximum password age, up to 365 days. After password reaches the maximum age, RapidIdentity prevents the user from logging in until they reset their password.
• Advance-expiration warning notifications, from 3 to 14 days prior to password expiration. The notification persists until the expiration date or until the user resets their password.
