Attribute mapping normalizes data pulled from disparate sources, allowing you to provision and manage user accounts from multiple systems in RapidIdentity. After you map attributes, you can import all data from the source application, database, or CSV file, or you can filter data based on selected criteria.

  1. On the Configure Mappings page, click +Add Mapping.
  2. Map each attribute from the source application to the corresponding RapidIdentity Attribute. For more information, see RapidIdentity Attribute Cloud Directory Schema.
    Note:

ID Hub contains default mappings for some sources. You can add additional attributes from the source, as well as custom attributes used by your organization.

  3. Click Save.
  4. Click Next.
  5. To import all data from the source application, select I want to import all data from Source Application.
  6. To import data based on certain attributes or values, select I want to filter data imported from Source Application.
    1. Toggle Enable Filter.
    2. Filter by Rule or Group, then click Save.
    3. Repeat for each filter.
    4. Click Save.
  7. Click Next.
