Note:
Jamf recommends the following best practices for administering a Windows member server:
  • Restrict access only to administrators.

  • Use firewalls to limit inbound and outbound communication only to necessary components.

  • Apply machine intrusion detection and protection solutions to prevent file tampering.

  • Maintain and review audit logs for your system.

Requirements

TCP port 443 must be open for outbound traffic.

  1. Download the Identity Bridge Agent Setup Wizard.
  2. On the local server, locate and run IdentityBridgeAgent.exe.
  3. After the setup wizard launches, click Install.
  4. In the Tenant URL field, enter the URL for your RapidIdentity tenant.
  5. In the Registration Code field, enter the registration code that you saved when you configured Identity Bridge settings. See Configuring Identity Bridge Settings in RapidIdentity for more information.
  6. Click Next, then click Finish.

The Identity Bridge Agent displays in Configuration > Identity Bridge with a heartbeat status indicating that the connection was successful.
