Identity Verification

You can select an identity verification method for use when a user resets their password. RapidIdentity supports the following methods, which you can configure in Configuration > Authentication Policies:

• Duo
• Email
• WebAuthn
• Pictograph
• RapidIdentity Mobile App
• Portal Challenge
• SMS
• Time-based one-time password (TOTP)
