Enroll in a sign-in method to make it available for authentication.
- Navigate to your RapidIdentity portal.
- In Enterprise View, select your profile name or icon in the upper-right corner. In GO! View, select your profile icon and click Profile.
- Select Authentication Methods from the menu.
- On the Authentication Methods screen, find the method you want to set up.
- Select Enroll.
- Follow the on-screen steps for configuring the authentication method selected.
The status of the authentication method updates to Active or Manage.
