Seamless Learning Access establishes a trust relationship between Jamf Pro or Jamf School and RapidIdentity. Each system independently establishes a connection with each other using the shared credentials.

Requirements

Access to your RapidIdentity administrator portal

  1. Navigate to your RapidIdentity administrator portal.
  2. From the module selector, choose "Configuration".
  3. In the Security section, click Service Identities.
  4. Click Add Service Identity.
  5. Type Jamf Pro or Jamf School for the name and Seamless Learning Access for the description.
  6. Click the ellipsis next to the service identity you created and select Key.
  7. Click Add Key.
  8. Type Token Services in the description.
  9. From the Roles drop-down menu, select SLA Device Configuration Service Account, then click Save.
    Important:

RapidIdentity has many service identity roles. The SLA Device Configuration Service Account role is the only role that supports Seamless Learning Access.

  10. Click the ellipsis next to the new key and select Details.
  11. Click Show Secret Key, then click the Content Copy icon to copy the key.
  12. Save the key temporarily.

The key is required when configuring the Seamless Learning Access blueprint in Jamf Pro or Jamf School.
