Seamless Learning Access establishes a trust relationship between Jamf Pro or Jamf School and RapidIdentity. Each system independently establishes a connection with each other using the shared credentials.
Requirements
Access to your RapidIdentity administrator portal
- Navigate to your RapidIdentity administrator portal.
- From the module selector, choose .
- In the Security section, click Service Identities.
- Click Add Service Identity.
- Type Jamf Pro or Jamf School for the name and Seamless Learning Access for the description.
- Click the ellipsis next to the service identity you created and select Key.
- Click Add Key.
- Type Token Services in the description.
- From the Roles drop-down menu, select SLA Device Configuration Service Account, then click Save.
Important:RapidIdentity has many service identity roles. The SLA Device Configuration Service Account role is the only role that supports Seamless Learning Access.
- Click the ellipsis next to the new key and select Details.
- Click Show Secret Key, then click the Content Copy icon to copy the key.
- Save the key temporarily.
The key is required when configuring the Seamless Learning Access blueprint in Jamf Pro or Jamf School.
