Notification settings control who receives Identity Hub alerts and which notification types are active. Use notification settings to add recipients outside the IT team, disable notifications for tenant admins, or turn individual notification types on or off.
By default, all users in the Tenant Administrator group receive every type of notification.
- From the Identity Hub homepage, click the menu icon in the top navigation bar.
- Select Notification Settings.
- To add a recipient outside the Tenant Administrator group, locate the notification type you want to configure, enter the email address in the additional recipients field for that type, and then select Save.
- To turn a notification type on or off, locate the notification type, use the toggle, then select Save.
Note:Disabling a notification type affects all recipients for that type. To remove one person from a specific notification, edit the recipient list for that notification rather than disabling the type.
Identity Hub sends each active notification type to its configured recipients.
To disable notifications of a specific type for all tenant admins, turn off the default recipient setting for that type and provide one or more email addresses.
