Requirements

To configure Identity Bridge, you must have the following:

A tenant administrator role in your RapidIdentity portal
Certain domains in your allow list, depending on your firewall settings. For a list of required domains, see Allowing Traffic to and from RapidIdentity Cloud.
Antivirus settings configured to exclude the Identity Bridge Agent. For more information, see Excluding Identity Bridge Agent from Windows Security.

You must also have the following minimum specifications:

.NET 8.0	ASP.NET Core and .NET Desktop Runtime

Log in to your RapidIdentity administrator portal.
From the Dashboard pop-up menu, click Configuration.
Click Systems.
In the left menu, navigate to Identity Bridge > Agents.
In the upper-right, click Add Agent.
In the General Settings section, enter a name for the Identity Bridge Agent in the Name field and a description in the Description field.
(Optional) Select ENABLE PROXY if your local system service requires proxy connections, then configure proxy settings.
1. Enter the host name and port number.
2. If proxy traffic is encrypted, select IS SECURE.
Click Save.
Copy the registration code that appears in the REGISTRATION CODE field and save it in a secure location.
The registration code is required when installing the Identity Bridge Agent.
