A report in the Reports module returns the provisioning events that match the filters you set. All filters are optional, so if you so not apply filters, the report returns all provisioning events within the default time window.
- From the Identity Hub homepage, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Reports.
- Click New Report.
- Configure any combination of the available filters to define what the report shows.
- Click Run Report.
The report results table displays the matching provisioning events.
From the results view, you can click any row to open the full provisioning log for that event, including error details if the event failed. To narrow the results further, click a number in the results table, such as the count of failed events, to display only those records.
