You can sync data from a source application with ID Hub and map attributes to the RapidIdentity Cloud Schema. This allows you to manage identities across different systems directly in RapidIdentity, and to push data to a target application or database.

Requirements
  • An administrator account in RapidIdentity

  • Credentials for the AWS or SFTP server, source application (OAuth), or database

  • The RapidIdentity Cloud Directory Schema for attribute mapping. For more information, see RapidIdentity Cloud Directory Schema.

  1. Log in to your RapidIdentity administrator portal.
  2. In the Dashboard pop-up menu, choose Identity Hub.
  3. Click +ADD SOURCE.
  4. Choose the source application.
  5. Click NEXT.
  6. In the Base URL field, enter the URL for your tenant in the source application.
  7. In the Access Token URL field, enter the OAuth endpoint used to request access to the source application.
  8. Select your OAuth protocol and enter your credentials.
