Adding a Source Directory in ID Hub

ID Hub supports importing and syncing data from a source database. You can use this data to manage identities in RapidIdentity and to push information to target systems.

Requirements

  • An administrator account in RapidIdentity

  • Credentials for the AWS or SFTP server, source application (OAuth), or database

  • The RapidIdentity Cloud Directory Schema for attribute mapping. For more information, see RapidIdentity Cloud Directory Schema.

  1. Log in to your RapidIdentity administrator portal.
  2. In the Dashboard pop-up menu, choose Identity Hub.
  3. Click +ADD SOURCE.
  4. Choose the source directory.
  5. Click NEXT.
  6. Enter the Active Directory Server Hostname.
  7. Enter the TCP/UDP Port.
  8. In the Base DN field, enter the distinguished name of the LDAP base entry.
  9. Click NEXT.
  10. Enter your username and password for the source database.
  11. Click NEXT.
