The path to the Authentication Methods screen depends on which view you use. The screen is the same in both views, and changes you make apply across both.
- Navigate to your RapidIdentity administrator portal.
- In Enterprise View, select your profile name or icon in the upper-right corner. In GO! View, select your profile icon and click Profile.
- Select Authentication Methods from the menu.
The Authentication Methods screen displays each available sign-in method and its current status.
