You can use Jamf Account to create an instance in your macOS security portal and integrate with your identity provider.

  1. Log in to Jamf Account using your Jamf ID.
  2. In the Your Products section of the home page, find Jamf Protect and click Info.
  3. Click Instances to display a list of tenants, if any.
  4. Click Onboard Instance for the desired tenant.
  5. In the Onboard New Instance window, select the desired tenant type, then enter your instance name and click Set Tenant Name.
  6. Review the the tenant name and click Confirm Tenant Name.
    Note:

    Tenant names cannot be changed. Ensure that the desired name is correct before confirming.

Your instance appears under Tenant Name, and you can add an SSO connection to the instance using Jamf Account. If the instance does not display within two hours, contact your Jamf Support representative or create a support ticket.
