Helpful widgets are available on the Alerts page. The widgets provide numerical and visual indicators of alert statuses, and identify computers that are high risk and need prompt attention.
Click any field or value displayed by the widgets to filter the alerts page by that criteria. The active filter criteria appear at the top of the alerts list.
Note:
Informational alerts are not included in the widget filters.
- Unresolved alerts
- Displays the number of alerts awaiting resolution for each severity level.
- Alerts by status
- Displays the number of alerts set to each status. The number of new alerts that are high severity is displayed in red. Prioritize new high severity alerts for immediate investigation.
- Computers to investigate
- Displays the five computers with the highest calculated risk within the last seven days. It also displays the total number of unresolved alerts for each computer.Note:The widget dynamically updates when alerts are resolved, as well as when the page initially loads. When an alert becomes older than seven days it will no longer appear in the Computers to investigate widget.
The highest calculated risk is determined by dynamically ranking unresolved alerts' severity. When a computer's risk level decreases due to resolving alerts, the computer's calculated risk is lower.
