The usage report shows the total data usage and distribution across users. You can use this report to assess your content filtering policies, or to monitor attempts to access blocked content.
In this report, you can filter based on the criteria below:
- Date range
- Website category, or individual site
- Operating system
- Device group
- Business/Personal view (see Configuring the Business/Personal Report Filter)
- Data view or transaction (i.e., request) view
The following information is available in the usage report:
- Data usage totals and estimated savings
- A bar chart that shows trends in usage within the specified date range
- A list of usage and request metrics that you can expand for a breakdown by device, site, or category, depending on the applied filters. This list includes the user, device, amount of data used within the specified date range, transactions, and any blocked requests.
