When a change freeze is enabled, the Jamf Protect agent version for the customer is locked to the latest version at the time the change freeze is activated. The change freeze applies to all Jamf Protect agent installer and uninstaller downloads, as well as automatic updates.
If automatic updates are enabled in a Plan, they still operate, but only to bring deployed agents up to the version locked at the time of the change freeze.
When the change freeze is disabled, if automatic updates are enabled, the Jamf Protect agent updates to the latest release on computers.
