1. Log in to your organization's Microsoft Entra admin center.
2. Navigate to Groups > +New group.
3. Select Security for the Group type.
4. Add a Group name.
5. Add a Group description.
6. Select Assigned for the Membership type.
7. Choose Create to add the new group.
