The sites and apps report lets you view the amount of data consumed by individual websites and apps, or by a category of sites and apps. The report displays usage by the hour for a more granular breakdown than what is contained in the usage report, as well as trends in activity over a specified time frame by site or by user. You can use this information to determine which sites or apps consume the most data, or which categories your users access the most. For privacy reasons, site usage data only includes domains, not full URLs.
In this report, you can filter based on the following criteria:
- Domain name
- Date range
- Time of day
- Site/app category
- Operating system
The following information is available in the sites and apps report:
- Data usage and transactions totals
- Usage graph by hour
- Top five sites and apps by number of transactions
- A list of site and app categories that you can expand to view activity over time, blocked transactions, and the number of devices that accessed or attempted to access the category. You can select Arrange by devices > sites to view this information by individual device.
