  1. In Jamf Protect, click Administrative > Account.
  2. Click the Users tab.
  3. Select the user that you want to receive email notifications.
  4. For each user you want to send email notifications to about alerts, select the Send Email Notifications checkbox.
    Note:

    Only Full Admin users can configure which users receive email notifications.

  5. Click Save.

Selected users will now receive email notifications about new Jamf Protect alerts, similar to the following:
