You can configure Jamf Protect to send users email notifications about new alerts.
Emails from Jamf Protect are sent from the following address:
no-reply@protect.jamfcloud.com
Jamf Protect checks your tenant every 30 seconds for new alerts. Depending on how many new alerts exist, email content displays your alert information in the following ways:
- 3 or fewer new alerts —Each alert and its information are displayed in individual tables.
- 4 or more new alerts —Alerts and their information are compiled into a single table.
Note:
Informational alerts are not included when email notifications are enabled.
