Signal UEM allows you to apply a Conditional Access Policy using your UEM or MDM solution when threats are detected on a device enrolled with Jamf Protect's endpoint and network security capabilities.

Requirements
  • UEM Connect configured

  • Conditional Access configured for your UEM solution

  • A Jamf Protect license

  • A supported UEM solution:

    • Jamf Pro

    • VMWare Workspace ONE (only when running on the legacy version of UEM connect)

    • Microsoft Intune

    • IBM MaaS360 (only when running on the legacy version of UEM connect)

    • Ivanti Endpoint Manager Mobile (formerly known as MobileIron Core)

  1. In Jamf Security Cloud, navigate to Policies > Security > Threat Prevention.
  2. Find the threat category that is relevant to the compliance policy and remediation action that exists in your UEM or MDM solution.
  3. Click the + symbol in the Signal UEM column for the threat category.
    A list of available tags is displayed. If a recently created tag is missing, click Refresh.
  4. Select the appropriate tag or tags that you created when configuring the UEM solution. You can use the search function to find tags.
    The tags will appear next to the triggering threat types in the Signal UEM column.
  5. Click Save in the upper-right of the page.
The next time the configured threat is detect on a device, the UEM or MDM compliance policy is applied to the device.
