The caps report shows which devices have met the domestic or roaming data limits specified in your data usage policy. If you allow excess data usage for certain categories or sites, it also shows the amount of usage beyond the cap.
The caps report has a Domestic tab and a Roaming tab. The filters you set remain in place when you switch tabs and include the following:
- Date range
- Operating system
The report contains the following information in both the Domestic and Roaming tabs:
- A bar chart showing which devices have met the cap within the specified date range
- A breakdown by date showing each device that has met the cap, what the cap is, and any excess usage that occurred based on your allow list in the data usage policy.
