You can configure an allow list in the Allowed rules once capped section using a default list of apps and sites. You can add custom apps and sites to the allow list by entering the URL in the Custom sites allowed once capped section, and clicking Add. If the checkbox next to an app or site in the allow list is selected, traffic from that app or site will not be blocked by the cap. For example, you can add ActiveSync Email to your allow list to let users send and receive corporate email after they have exceeded their cap.

Jamf recommends that you enable ActiveSync and Find My iPhone for all your users so that they are always able to access this essential functionality. Jamf also recommends that you add your own domain, the domain where your emails are hosted, and the domain where your UEM solution is hosted to the allow list.
Note:

If you add a domain to your allow list, all the subdomains will also be allowed. This means that if you allowed apple.com then anything.apple.com would also be allowed.
