Engage functionality has been restored following the completion of a temporary back-end maintenance period. Most previously available Engage features are now operational, including the following:
- Jamf Engage Resource Center (accessible via the help icon in the bottom-right of the Jamf Pro interface)
- Announcements for major product updates
- Anonymous usage analytics collection
Certain previous features (e.g., interactive guidance features and tool tips) will be added in future releases alongside corresponding settings in Jamf Account. No action is required from administrators as part of this update—Engage is now enabled as a basic part of Jamf Pro functionality.
Note:
Starting 23 September 2025, Engage functionality is only available for Jamf Standard Cloud-hosted and Jamf Premium Cloud-hosted environments. Jamf Premium Cloud Plus and on-premise Jamf Pro environments do not have access to Engage features. No Engage features will function in any Jamf Pro version earlier than 11.20.1.
