All Engage functionality has been temporarily removed from Jamf Pro to accommodate an upcoming back-end maintenance period.
This includes the following functionality:
Engage settings ()
The Jamf Engage Resource Center
Anonymous usage analytics collection
Engage messages, including:
Alerts for known issues
Security vulnerability notifications
Outage notifications
Notifications for changes to planned upgrades
Feature highlights and workflow tips
Note:
An upcoming release of Jamf Pro will restore and update Jamf Engage functionality. In the meantime, you can refer to the Resource Center on the Jamf Learning Hub for timely announcements and access to resources.This change does not affect standard Jamf Pro notifications in the notification center, which will continue to function normally.
