Self Service+

Self Service+ is an enhancement to the Self Service end user application for macOS that allows users to access content and updates that have been preconfigured in Jamf Pro.

Using Self Service+, end users can do the following:

View security status via the home screen's Security dashboard if Jamf Protect is installed on the device.
Browse and install configuration profiles, Mac App Store apps, and books
Run policies via patch policies
Access webpages using bookmarks

Self Service+ can be used alongside Self Service classic or in place of Self Service classic.

Note:Self Service+ is currently available in English only. French, German, Japanese, Spanish, and Traditional Chinese support will be delivered in a future release.

Self Service+ can be configured in the same way as Self Service classic. To configure Self Service+ settings in Jamf Pro, navigate to Settings > Self Service. To access all of the configuration options available for Self Service+, you must use Jamf Pro 11.10.0 or later. Self Service+ can only be deployed to managed computers with macOS 13 or later.
